    Digital badging upon completing workshop

Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives cover the entire organizational Capacity Table and are critical to ensuring an organization's ability to achieve their mission and purpose. This session intends to provide the tools for capacity building consultants to apply a DEI Lifecycles approach to your work.

This workshop is not intended to qualify a consultant to be an expert in DEI work, rather build the confidence and practice to bridge the gap between where an organization is and where they will go in their DEI journey.

    Workshop Learning Objectives:

    • Describe the evolution of DEI work
    • Recall the key terms and vocabulary
    • Defend the business case for DEI strategy work in the sector
    • Apply the Lifecycles approach to the assessment of DEI maturity.
    • Develop the confidence to identify and employ a qualified DEI consultant
    • Assess an organization's readiness for DEI strategy development and deployment.
    • Understand how to formulate a recommendation for implementing DEI strategies.
